In the Garza Farm minerals next to the five La Sara Fields (LS, W. NE, N,E) and the La Sal Vieja Field the major reserves will be in several 800 to 1,200 feet thick Lower Frio sands of a 3 mile circular arc conic sand section starting at 15,000 feet and being conical continuous and thinning to 20,000 feet. Following the criteria above one single well properly located is estimated to deliver 12 BCF of gas shallow in the Upper Frios, 34 BCF in the Middle Frio sands, and 65 BCF in the Lower Textularia mississippiensis zone. These reserves can be delivered from only 120 acres. In summary the Garza Farm and Ranch Minerals are a truly outstanding prospect at major gas reserves.
